With over 2,500 selections spanning 18 countries and a remarkable four-centuries, our wine cellar is testament to our passion for the craft of winemaking and the talent of our sommeliers.

Designed to cater for all levels and tastes, our hundred-page wine list has been awarded the prestigious Wine Spectator Grand Award – one of only 90 worldwide. We’re committed to representing the rich diversity of wines from both heritage vineyards and up-and-coming producers and our innovative Coravin wine preservation system allows guests to experience rare and inaccessible vintages by the glass.

Our cocktail list has been created with the same care and dedication, with a special focus on non-alcoholic options.

To most people our extensive wine list can seem a little daunting, but our experienced and friendly sommeliers are on hand to offer recommendations based on your tastes and budget. It’s all part of the service and a passion for hospitality which flows through every element of every meal. Montevertine A Tuscan Icon of Pure Sangiovese Wine Dinner

Join us for an extraordinary evening celebrating Montevertine, one of Tuscany’s most revered and uncompromising estates. Hidden in the hills of Radda in Chianti, Montevertine has long stood apart from convention, championing the purity of Sangiovese and traditional Tuscan winemaking long before it became fashionable.

Founded in the 1960s by Sergio Manetti, Montevertine quickly gained cult status for its unwavering commitment to authenticity. While many producers in Tuscany began experimenting with international grape varieties, Montevertine chose to remain devoted to Sangiovese, focusing on expressing the distinctive terroir of the Chianti hills. The result is a collection of wines defined by elegance, purity, and remarkable ageing potential.

About the Event

The evening will feature a curated selection of Montevertine’s most celebrated wines, offering guests the opportunity to experience the estate’s philosophy through multiple vintages and cuvées.

The Highlight: Le Pergole TorteAt the heart of the evening will be a rare tasting of Le Pergole Torte, Montevertine’s legendary flagship wine. Made entirely from Sangiovese and produced only in limited quantities, Le Pergole Torte is widely considered one of Italy’s greatest wines. Known for its finesse, complexity, and extraordinary ageing potential, it captures the essence of Radda’s high-altitude vineyards with remarkable precision.

Held in our beautifully appointed dining room, with warm wood-panelled walls, a wood-burning fireplace, and an intimate atmosphere, this promises to be an evening of depth, discovery, and meaningful conversation around one of Italy’s most iconic estates.
