Our newly appointed Chef Patron, Roxanne Lange, offers a stunning contemporary take on classic French cuisine. She previously worked at the much-admired Michelin star Savelberg, and later opened Henk Savelberg’s restaurant in Bangkok as Chef de Cuisine when she was only 28 years old. This led to her becoming the Chef de Cuisine at The Allium, in Bankok’s luxury Athenee hotel. Today her modern French cuisine, inspired by nature and memories, signals a new chapter in our history.
