Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

Your voucher purchase is only accepted once the payment has been authorised.

Clos Maggiore does not provide electronic vouchers.

Clos Maggiore does not provide ‘open vouchers’ for an experience or for whatever the bill may come to, you have to purchase a voucher amount in advance. Our team can help calculate a recommended value for a tasting experience etc, but the price cannot be guaranteed.

All gift vouchers are posted by 1st class post, only within the United Kingdom, or alternatively vouchers can be collected directly from the restaurant. Please allow up to five working days for orders to be delivered. At peak delivery times such as Christmas, normal deliveries may incur delays and we would advise that orders placed for special occasions are made in good time.

Clos Maggiore does not take responsibility for items lost or delayed in the post.

Purchase of a gift voucher is not guarantee of a reservation or a table allocation.

The original voucher must be presented on arrival and must be mentioned when booking to ensure that the amount can be redeemed against your bill.

Gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of issue. Vouchers not used within this time will be forfeited with no entitlement to refund or exchange.

Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative, no change will be given and the voucher cannot be replaced if lost, destroyed or stolen.
