Edoardo previously Head Sommelier and Director of Wine in 2 Michelin star restaurants including Il Sole di Ranco Hotel & Restaurant situated on Lake Maggiore, Italy and more recently the Vineyard at Stockcross, Berkshire, has a string of wine list awards to his name.
