Restaurant Director Daniel Kapp is a new face in the London dining scene. He has recently relocated here from Southern California where he worked at some of San Diego's most recognized award winning restaurants. Daniel's most recent role before joining Clos Maggiore was Food and Beverage Manager and Wine Director of four star, four diamond L'Auberge Del Mar.
