Since the beginnings of his career as a restaurateur, Paul has been committed to three things. The pleasures of fine wine. Simple, beautifully cooked food. And a front-of-house style that is warm, knowledgeable and discreet.
Originally opened in 2001 as Maggiore's, the restaurant was re-launched in late February 2007 as Clos Maggiore.
It has quickly become the jewel in the crown of Paul's restaurant portfolio.
